These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user", or "customer") and TS3ServerBot ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the TS3ServerBot website, dashboard, automation bots, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
TS3ServerBot is a hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides automation bots for TeamSpeak server owners. Through a web dashboard, you connect your TeamSpeak servers and activate pre-built bots, such as banner bots, staff information bots, and server activity bots.
The Service is fully hosted by us, and all bots run on our infrastructure. You do not need to install or run any software on your own systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You do not receive any ownership rights, source code, infrastructure access, or redistribution rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password. By registering, you confirm that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and we may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts that do not meet these Terms.
When using the Service, you are responsible for:
The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Users purchase virtual credits ("Credits") and spend them to activate and maintain bots and to access certain features.
The Service is primarily based on prepaid Credits and does not automatically charge you on a recurring basis unless you explicitly enroll in an optional recurring plan. If such a plan is offered and you choose to enable it, the billing interval and amount are shown before you confirm, and you may cancel future renewals at any time.
To keep your billing history clear, you may have only one pending (unpaid) payment at a time. If you have an unpaid payment, you must complete it or cancel it before starting a new one. Pending payments that are not completed may expire automatically.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in Section 7. If you have enrolled in an optional recurring plan, cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund Credits already provided.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and active bots associated with your account stop. Unused Credits are generally non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy or where required by law.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Once we confirm your identity and ownership of the account, we will delete or anonymize your personal account data, including stored TeamSpeak server credentials, except for limited information we are required to retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Deleting your account stops the bots associated with it, and any remaining Credits are forfeited upon deletion unless a refund is required by law. Further detail is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Because Credits are delivered to your account immediately and consumed within the platform, all purchases are generally final. Where a refund is approved, it is issued only as platform Credits added back to your account and never as cash, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or any external payment.
You may be eligible for a Credit refund in cases such as:
In addition, if a verified service outage caused directly by our infrastructure prevents you from using bots you have paid to maintain, we may issue proportional Credit compensation for the affected period at our discretion. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for third-party or TeamSpeak outages, internet or hosting issues outside our control, user misconfiguration, scheduled maintenance, Credits already consumed, or suspensions resulting from a violation of these Terms. To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and the relevant transaction.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of remaining Credits while the matter is investigated.
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, suspending, or terminating accounts and removing related configurations.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, any specific level of uptime, permanent availability of any feature, or compatibility with every TeamSpeak configuration. The Service may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and maintenance may temporarily affect availability. Where reasonable, we aim to provide advance notice of significant planned changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TS3ServerBot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or reputation arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
The Service, including its software, branding, interfaces, designs, and related materials, is owned by TS3ServerBot or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse these materials, remove ownership notices, or claim ownership over the Service. Any open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including TeamSpeak, hosting providers, and payment processors. Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, failures, or policies of third-party providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
